Recently went to Donners after many years using high street discount opticians. I very much appreciated the longer time spent and more detailed explanation during the eye test. Also very friendly and helpful staff.

Excellent service from Donners. The enhanced eye exam service they offer is excellent and I have never had such an in-depth comprehensive eye exam where the optician takes the time to make sure you understand the test and your results. So much more professional and relaxed then the well-known high street chains.

I have had my eyes tested at a high street optometrist before but was never happy with my glasses. They just weren't quite right for me. I was impressed with Donner Opticians as they spent time to really ensure a brilliant assessment. It was easy to choose a frame with the expert advice with so much choice available. I highly recommend them!

A thorough and friendly service. When a problem was found during my eye test there followed an in depth investigation with another examination a week later. Both the optometrist and dispensing optician couldn't have been more attentive or helpful. Thank you.
